• Negotiate and lock in the best group rates on tours, resorts, cruises, and custom fit travel
• Create a landing-page with detailed information on the accommodations and travel information
• Book each guest for their desired room choice based on availability and optional add-on tours
• Manage the travel site with the booking information; including how to make payments, payment deadlines, hotel details, etc.
• Collect payments from each guest and provide balance updates & receipts
• Coordinate the round-trip airport transfers for each guest that book their flight and hotel accommodations with Good Life Travel by Danielle
• Send the registered guests payment reminders and confirmation of booked services once the package is paid in full along with complete itinerary
• Provide leader with updates of registered and deposited guests
